Army, 20+ Years
Entered the US Army 1964 as a 2LT from Southern University ROTC Program. Commissioned in the Army Medical Service Corps. Served 26 years and reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Tours included Texas, Washington state, Washington, DC along with 2 tours in Vietnam, 2 tours in Germany and a tour in Thailand. Awards earned include the Army Commendation Medal, Bronze Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal.
