About Me	We moved to Refugio in 1947 for my Dad, E.P.Fancher, to start his flying business, Fancher Air Service. I worked for him for many years before I went to work for Transco and took a retirement package when Williams bought them out. I worked for Transco for 28 years. Refugio, Texas is my hometown and while living there I was involved in the Refugio Jaycees, Refugio Little League Baseball, Frist Bapitist Church of Refugio, Refugio City Government, Refugio Hstorical Society, Citizens for Area Parks, Old Fashion 4th of July Celebration, Ministerial Alliance, Refugio Industrial Foundation, and I was the pastor at First Baptist Church of Bayside, which is in Refugio County. I moved to Kempner, Texas to become pastor at First Baptist Church of Kempner. I was involed in the Lampasas Ministerial Alliance, Lampasas Assocation, Tri-River Area, Annual Bivocational & Small Church State Conference, Lampasas County United Way Board, Lampasas County Development Foundation Board, Lampasas County Child Wefare Board, and Kempner Incorporation Steering Committee.
