In Memory of Gerald Gilbert - Class of 1971
It is with great sadness I announce that my brother, Gerald A. Gilbert, Sr., has passed. He died in his home on May 29, 2012, as a result of several cancers that overwhelmed him and were too much for him to overcome. He is survived by two brothers: myself, Gregory A. Gilbert (Class of 1983) and Charles A. Gilbert, III (Class of 1987), his wife April, daughter Katie, and son Gerald Jr. and Aunt, Greta Gilbert. He lived his life on his own terms and passed way too soon. His only regrets were the many things he didn't get to experience in life. May he rest in peace. Love ya, Brother!
