About	Bob and Suzanne had lived in Muncie, IN for many years after his retirement from the Midland School district. On this fateful morning, they had an ice storm in Muncie, and Bob was going to his mailbox. He slipped on the icy driveway, struck his head, and lost consciousness. After he was found, he was taken to the hospital where he was awake, but confused. Unfortunately, bleeding in the brain could not be stopped, and he passed away within the next 24 hours. Memorial services were held on January 10, 2009 in Muncie, and January 17 in Midland.
