Mark became a published author shortly after his death in August of 2004. His book, 'Pursuit of the Gungirl', is a docu-drama about a star crossed couple from West Virginia's Northern panhandle in 1929 who became the Bonnie and Clyde of their day and died in the Pennsylvania electric chair for the murder of a PA. state trooper.
