5:00-ongoing All Alumni should enter the Pit in the entrance located in the new parking lot
Alumni should follow the sign and enter Alumni Hall (aka Facility building) and sign in ** A reception will be provided by the basketball staff that will be catered by Hilltop Pizza
5:45 JV game tips off
6:45-7:00 All honored alumni will be introduced and presented a special 100th anniversary commemorative coin by members of Team 100. ** this coin has the 100th season logo and was produced by Katey and Mandy Alfred, owners of Mandy & Kate at Tetrick's…..the aluminum used for the coin is from Century Aluminum
7:30 Tip-off to Game One of Season 100
Mural Boards will be on display in Alumni Hall…these boards are 4 ft. by 8 ft. and bring 99 seasons of Ravenswood basketball alive. The three boards were donated by Riverbend Farm & Home supply, the Stan McClure (basketball alumnus, class of ’81) Memorial Foundation, and Mike Chambers & Al Toothman.
Posters (16 in. by 20 in.) of the three murals will be on sale prior to the varsity game tip-off. They will cost $5 and are a must have keepsake.
A very special poster will be on sale of the first gymnasium that Ravenswood basketball played in. It was located in the 1921 school. The cost is $5.
Ravenswood basketball memorabilia will be on display in Alumni Hall.
Trailers and highlights of the documentary about the 100th season celebration of Ravenswood basketball will be shown in Alumni Hall. Chase Jarrell, teacher at RHS, is preparing the documentary that will be shown at a later date.

Final Throwback celebration date is February 5th for years 2000-2022.
Friday- Noon- we will meet at Calvary Baptist Church (next to football field) to decorate the float for homecoming parade. Please bring candy to throw out.
Construction is still going on around school, so we will leave from Calvary and go to the parade route. The parade usually starts at 1:45 p.m. After the parade will tailgate at Tent City (location TBA) before the game. Please bring something to snack on and bring your own drinks. We will have paper products, ice, coolers at the tent.
At 6 pm we will have a class picture at Tent City. Football game kicks off at 7:30 pm and pre-game activities will include inductions of new Hall of Fame members. We can then sit together for the football game and cheer the football on!
Saturday we will meet at 7 p.m. at the Dawg Pound on Rt. 56 (used to be Jerry's IGA) till ??? Food and drinks can be ordered off their menu. More details to follow.
Please note location change again for this year due to high/middle school construction. Banquet will be held at First United Methodist Church at 719 Flinn Avenue in Ravenswood.
All alumni classes and guests are invited to this banquet. Proceeds are for a scholarship for a graduating senior. Social hour starts at 5 p.m. with a catered dinner at 6 p.m.
Speaker for this year's banquet is Debbie Holmes from the Class of 1969.
Graduating seniors in attendance will also be recognized.
Other honor classes are 2009, 1999, 1989, 1979, 1959, 1949, 1939, 1929.
Reservations are strongly encouraged.
