ITINERARY
Thursday, June 9th-Arrival Day for a majority of our attendees! Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Get acquainted with what the Embassy Suites at Valley Forge has to offer. As has been a custom, classmates will congregate in the lobby to talk, to welcome each classmate as they enter the hotel, enjoy a libation or two from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the nightly Manager's Reception & then join together for supper in the hotel's restaurant.
Friday, June 10th-A day in the historical section of Philadelphia. Take in Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, the Independence National Historical Park Visitor's Center, the Constitution Center, the Betsy Ross House, etc. The best option for a bus tour is called “Hop On, Hop Off” with a 90-minute tour of Philadelphia & 28 stops to see the City of Brotherly Love & Sisterly Affection. Return to the hotel in the evening to share a meal in the restaurant on the premises!
Saturday, June 11th-A day of adventure-caravans will head south to see the incredible Longwood Gardens; or west to traverse into Amish Country to enjoy taking in a different lifestyle, eating great food, going back in time; or north to tour the Yuengling Brewery (the oldest family-owned brewery in America) & visit the picturesque Victorian town of Jim Thorpe. Return to our hotel where, in the evening, we will celebrate the Class of '73 with a private supper!!
Sunday, June 12th-A picnic in the early afternoon at Valley Forge National Historical Park. Food provided by Mission BBQ-a company owned & operated by Veterans! Hike in the park, go through the Visitors Center-enjoy this beautiful setting. Visit the very solemn Medal of Honor Grove-only minutes away from Valley Forge. For those want to play golf, tee times can be secured in the morning at nearby courses!! Supper at the hotel restaurant that evening!!!
Monday, June 13th-Getaway Day-as attendees will either depart to go home or travel to other great destinations in this historical part of the United States

**Putting a number next to an activity does not mean a financial commitment. The only time it means a commitment is for Dinner on Saturday night and the Picnic on Sunday. We are asking for you to check those activities in which you have an interest in participating. This will give us an idea of how many people want to do a certain activity!!

The deadline for sending in your registration form and check/money order has now been extended until Wednesday, June 1st (from May 25th).
Counts need to be given to caterers so please RSVP - ASAP.

Those attending the reunion will also have a voice as to when and where the 50th Class of 1973 Reunion will be held.
