Served 22 years in the Army as a Pharmacy Technician. Joined in Oakland, California as a Private First Class. Did Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Advanced Individual Training at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Was assigned to Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Camp Red Cloud, Korea; Academy of Health Sciences, Fort Sam Houston; Fort Meade, Maryland; Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC; and Bavaria Medical Department Activities, Germany. Retired on 31 May 2010.

Our Pomperaug High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Pomperaug High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated. All of us in Southbury are proud of our military alumni and want to thank them for risking their lives to protect our country!
