Derek J. Hahn of Plymouth died peacefully with his family at his side after complications from Cystic Fibrosis. He is the loving son of Stephen A. and Karen (Mostrom) Hahn and beloved brother of Courtney Hahn of Onset. Also survived by many beloved family and friends. Derek was born in Plymouth on December 18, 1991, he was graduate of Plymouth North High School class of 2010.
