| About Me | I moved to beautiful and sunny Colorado in '96. My husband, Frog and I got married on the Summer Solstice in '02. I taught Second Grade at The Colorado Springs School for 8 years and then made the switch in 2012 to be a PreK teacher at CSS. We became certified as foster parents in October 2010 and were matched with our first placement in January 2011. A & K returned to their dad in February 2012 but still visit us often. Hopefully, they will always be a part of our lives. I know they will forever be in our hearts. Richard is our little wish come true. On October 5, 2012 we found out that we had been chosen to adopt a 14 month old little boy! Born on 7-25-11, and brought home to us on 10-14-12, Richard was adopted on 4-23-13.
