Bill was a Senior Airman in the Air-force based in WY. He was involved in single vehicle car crash in his attempts to return to base without enough sleep. He was about to be deployed to the Gulf War. His father has since passed. However he remains very missed by his Mother and Step-father, Terri & John Wiebe, his brothers w/ wives: Mike (PHS 84) & Brandy Maddox and John (PHS 87) & Sara (PHS 88) Maddox as well as his 2 nieces and 2 nephews and large step-family.
