About	GUERRA-MAY, Loretta Ann Loretta peacefully left her earthly cocoon on February 24, 2016. Her father, Reyellis Guerra; mother, Eleanor Trujillo Guerra; brother, Reyes Guerra; and youngest siblings, the twins, precede her in death. She is survived by husband, Stephen J May; sons, Anthony Guerra (Andrea), and Bernard May; daughters, Serena Brantley (Benjamin), and Stephvina Fontana (Rick); and eight grandchildren. Loretta is beloved sister of Margaret, Vera and Anna and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews; daughter-in-law of Betty and Bud May. Sister-in-law of Trish (Sam), Virginia (Robert), Mike (Renee), Nancy (Vince), and Brenda (Dave). She leaves behind close friends from long standing and loyal friendship. Blanca, her devoted dog, watched over her and was her fierce protector. Loretta was born February 2, 1955 in San Francisco. In 1962 the family moved to Santa Rosa. She graduated from Piner High School in 1974 and was the first Hispanic senior speaker. In the years that followed she was a homemaker and worked part time. Loretta went on to work at the Sonoma County Office of Education for 23 years before retiring due to health reasons. She enjoyed maintaining family ties and traditions, crocheting, reading and watching Judge Judy. She loved butterflies.
