About	Carol Lee Schmidt Pennington dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2025. She was born January 22, 1942 to George and Helen (Bridgeman) Schmidt in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in Levittown, PA. She graduated in 1961 with a diploma in cosmetology along her teaching certification. In 1962, she married the love of her life, Larry, and moved to Dallas, TX. For over 50 years Carol kept the women in the Casa View area of Dallas looking their best with the latest hair styles. She was a dedicated member of White Rock Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School. Carol was also a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Roy Stanley Chapter 1087. During her many years of service she was honored when elected to serve as Grand Worthy Matron. After retiring her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Carol also loved travelling around the United States and abroad. She is proceeded in death by her parents and sister Helen Hunton.
