About Event
Resorts has reserved a block of rooms for us in the newly renovated Rendezvous Tower! They were also kind enough to keep the average cost per night the same as the last reunion!
The rooms will go quickly, so make your reservations as soon as possible! Remember, you will not be charged for your room until after your stay!
Friday Night Stay: $99
Saturday night stay: $189
There are a limited amount of rooms available so make your reservations as soon as possible. You have up to September 11, 2015 do so.
Remember, you will not be charged for your reservation until check out.
Reservations can be made by calling 1.888.797.7700 and provide the hotel VPHS15 as the code for our group reservation.
You will also need to fill out and mail in your payment with our attendance forms which can be requested by emailing PTHSMegareunion@comcast.net. Once we receive your email, the forms will be emailed to you and you can send your payment to us. The instructions will be on the forms. Also, if you have any questions, please feel free to shoot us an email at the above email address.
If you have already RSVP'd through another venue, please do not respond again here so that we can better manage our head count.
Note: If you have a loved one that attended PTHS during those years, and has passed, please send the name, along with the date of graduation or time of attendance, to laura@beadscape.com so that we may place the person on our Angel's List.
