About Me	This is my official Facebook page for the latest on my efforts to bring transparency and managment compensation reform to the City of Laguna Hills. I'm a small-town Ohioan with Midwestern values of honesty, loyalty, service and hard work. I'm starting my ultimate career--being elected to City Council in 2010--after being, going backwards, a helpmeet unto my husband, a stay-at-home Mom, a Chamber of Commerce executive, a stock broker, a realtor, and an English and journalism teacher. I have always believed in women helping women and have taught leadership seminars for women and been on the board for nearly 15 years of an organization to elect qualified women to office. I believe in community service, philanthropy (God, let me win the lottery and watch how I'll change the world!) and using my talents to make a difference. I've held positions of leadership on community issues such as incorporation, economic development, health care, transportation, and education.
