Jeff was devoted Husband and Father. Wife Herlinda Kelley of Ravenswood,two sons Charles and Michael.
Jeff worked many years as a store manager at IGA and Big Lots.
He passed away in Barbourseville due to complications from diabetes.
Jeff was in the Big Red Marching Band where he loved playing the tuba.
