Norma died at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV . She had congestive heart failure, COPD, and also the MRSA bacteria infection. She was married to Clarence West, Jr., of Belleville, WV. Norma was a former employee of Brockway Glass & Nashua Photo. She was owner of Big Don's Sewer & Drain Cleaning.
Norma is survived by her husband, and 2 children, Clarence "Bud" West, & Sonya Mae Crigger. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Michael E. West, her brother, Charley Dillon, and a sister, Della Collins.
