She was born July 31, 1968, in Parkersburg, a daughter of Brady Hoover and the late Rea Swisher Hoover. Sharon was Christian by faith, and she enjoyed talking with people, socializing with neighbors, watching the news, and “tormenting” her family, especially her children. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
