Mark J. Behm passed away after a two year battle with colon cancer. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School in 1976. He was the Cedar County Attorney from 1977 through 2004. Mark had a private practice in Wausa, Ne for many years until 1997; and a private practice with Monson, Behm, and Carlson in Randolph, NE from 1994 until April 1, 2004.
Mark was a 1980 delegate to the Republican Convention for Ronald Reagan. In recent years, he was president of Out Front Properties, Inc.
He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Mark is survived by his wife, Roberta J. Behm; son, John Behm; daughter Joylene (Behm) Lammers; and daughter Margaret (Behm) Stamp; grandchildren, Courtney and Elizabeth.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Phyllis Behm.
