Cynthia Jean Williams Marshall, 62, wife of Thomas Ellis Marshall, Sr., passed away December 16, 2017.
Born in San Antonio, TX, she was a daughter of the late Betty Jean Ray and J. Richard Williams, Sr. A member of Pelzer Church of God, she was a loving mother and housewife.

She was predeceased by son, Jason Michael Marshall; and sister, Lynn Carter.
