| About Me | I graduated from UWF with my AA and then moved to South Florida in 2001 after I married my husband James. We bought a house in 2005 and two months later I was hit by a semi-truck on I-75 on my way to work. I was at a stand still due to an accident at the Venice interchange ahead of me. He hit me going 75 miles an hour, he had fallen asleep behind the wheel and woke about 50 feet behind me and jack knifed into the back of me as he slid down the highway sideways. My car was totalled completely, except for the magical bubble that surrounded me. It looked like a toostie roll wrapper. I was in my Lancer OZ Ralley Racing Turbo injected car I loved so much!! It was Black Onxy with midnight interior, so beautiful! I then bought the biggest thing I could drive, a Tahoe. I then finished my BA in 2006 from USF after a semester of recovery. I spent three months on my couch!! I had an internal brain injury and microscopic injuries to my spinal cord along with a nice dose of PTSD. Just the thought of getting in a car made me very ill!
