Navy, 29 Years
Started out as an E-3, went to Nuclear Power School and Prototype, then assigned to USS LONG BEACH. Left active duty in 1984 as E-6. Attended University of Washington and graduated with BSEE. Commissioned as an O-1 in 1991 and retired as O-5 in 2009. Served on CGN, MSO, LHA and various shore duty assignments in Bremerton, WA, Oklahoma City, OK, Seal Beach, CA, Crane, IN, Yokosuka, Japan, Kings Bay, GA, and Knoxville, TN.
