About	Brad Hughes of Chester Springs, PA died on Oct. 2, 2007 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Brad was married to Renee Alleva of Charlestown, PA and they had two daughters, Kelsey 4 and Rylee 2. Brad was also father to Lauren (22) and Lindsey (19) Hughes, both of whom attend Penn State University and Colleen Hughes (16) who attends Downingtown East HS. After OJR where he was on the Golf and club Ice Hockey team Brad attended West Chester University where he played Ice Hockey. After 20 years at Shared Medical Systems in Malvern, PA Brad was Executive Vice President with Accordis, Inc. of Atlanta, GA. Brad remained an avid golfer and was a member at Stonewall Golf Club in Elverson, PA and Whitford Country Club in Downingtown, PA. Brad was born in West Chester, PA and is survived by his parents, Leo (Bud) and Elizabeth Hughes of Honey Brook, Pa, brother Craig of Mt. Lebanon, PA and sister Carol Hughes of Exton, PA along with two nephews and two nieces. Brad in interred at Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazier, PA In the attached photo Brad is on the right while caddying for his friend Mike Forgash at the 1994 US Amateur Golf championship where they were paired with Tiger Woods the first two days. Tiger won the tournament.
