| About Me | I am a magnet for all kinds of deeper wonderment. I am an adventure to my own self (with all the pitfalls and wonders inherent in any good adventure.) I’m strongly independent in many ways, but for some things I just raise my head and bleat with the rest of the sheeple. I love good friends, good acquaintances, and good strangers. I’m aware of my forgetful and self-absorbed tendencies, so I always strive to be a better friend when I can. My family is large, wonderful, diverse, and we all talk too loud. My appreciation and respect for them as individuals grows year by year. I have a deep abiding passion for good food. Especially for good food that somebody else cooks, serves, and cleans up after! I will try almost anything new, with the exception of extremely spicy dishes or anything that is prepared by burying it in the ground for a while. I love music, movies, and art, and my tastes are eclectic in all of them. Psychology and anatomy fascinate me for both humans and animals. I’m very opinionated about good pet ownership, so I apologize in advance for any future rants you might witness. I currently own two nice kitties and am looking forward to adopting a dog when the time is right. I am an artist, but I still struggle with deadlines, so don’t ask for any free projects unless you can wait a couple years. My inspiration comes mostly from nature and even though I often draw and sculpt fantasy creatures, I strive to give them physically-probable anatomy.
