About	Victoria A. Leatherow, 68, of Ontario went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Avita Ontario Hospital. She was born Sept. 29, 1948 in Crestline, Ohio to the late James and Jeanne (Brandt) Hunt. Victoria was a friendly, kind-hearted and caring woman who was loved by many. She was very spiritual and loved the Lord. Victoria would speak to a stranger like they were already friends. She was very selfless and only wanted to make others happy and was known to have healing hands. She sported a smile that would light up a room. Victoria was an accomplished seamstress, her talent ranged from making her daughters homecoming and wedding gowns to making her grandchildren clothing and cherished keepsake blankets. All made with her love. In her spare time, she enjoyed working in her flower gardens, watching thunderstorms, reading and spending time with her family she loved so dearly. She was a generous lady and donated to many worthy causes. Victoria leaves behind her husband of 38 years, Terry Leatherow, of Ontario; her daughters, Holly (Jamie Christo) Unruh, of Galion, Jennie (Kevin) Johnson, of Ontario; a son, James Herrick, of Ontario; two step-sons, Tyler (Teresa) Leatherow, Todd Leatherow, both of Ontario; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Kathy (Tom) Sipes, of Galion; and a host of nieces, nephews, other dear relatives, and very good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jeanne Hunt; and a sister, Mary Schenian. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
