Graduation Year Class of 2013
Date of Passing Mar 08, 2017
About Kaitlyn Star Carroll-Peak of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2017. She was a beautiful 22 year old woman. Kaitlyn was born November 10, 1994, in Mansfield, Ohio, and was the light of her parents' life from that day forward.

Kaitlyn had an infectious smile that lit up the room and anyone near her couldn't help but notice her beauty inside and out. The love she had for her daughter, Kinsley, was unconditional and she looked forward to watching her grow. Being a mom was her passion and when she looked in her daughter's eyes, there was a bond that will never be broken. Although their time together was far too brief, her daughter will always know that Kaitlyn felt truly blessed to be her mommy. A kind, compassionate person, Kaitlyn was always willing to help anyone in need, but never asked for help herself. She was a wonderful role model for her younger sister and others around her. Kaitlyn loved with her whole heart, and was fiercely protective of her family and friends. Her love was not limited to people; she also cared deeply for animals that needed help. Her devotion to others and sacrifice of her own needs will live on in the lives of those who knew her. No words can adequately describe the beautiful spirit she possessed that now watches over her beautiful daughter.

Kaitlyn graduated from Ontario High School in 2013 and worked briefly at Menard's before getting a wonderful position in patient registration at Avita Hospital in Ontario. She was loved by all her co-workers and her dedication to her job was evident in all the hard work she displayed every day. She was proud of her independence and worked hard to obtain all her goals. Her adventurous, brave, and daring spirit was inspiring. She faced life's challenges head on and embraced the challenges so she could achieve her dreams. Kaitlyn especially enjoyed embracing her fearless nature and independence on a special vacation she enjoyed with her aunt and uncle in Mexico.

Left to cherish her memory is her sweet baby girl, Kinsley Marie Carroll; her devoted parents, Kevin Peak and Lisa Carroll; and her adoring sister, Bree Carroll-Peak. She is also survived by her grandparents, Roy Jr. and Diane Carroll and Goldie Peak; special aunt and uncle, Tricia and Mike Carroll; aunt and uncle, Tim and Angela Carroll; cousins, Gabe Carroll, Riley Carroll, Caleb Nolen, Morgan Nolen, Taylor Wiseman and Jill Wiseman; great-grandmother, Edna Robertson; great-uncles, Johnny (Sue) Carroll and Eddie (Linda) Fultz; special friends, Taylor Salisbury, Rachel Brinegar and LaDashea Oakley; and all her friends and co-workers at Avita Hospital.
