About Me	I no longer run. After the best season of my masters' years, my right hip went boom with osteoarthritis. I limped in great pain for almost 2 months. I began personal physical therapy on a bike. I could try running again, but I know the hip will not improve enough to support competition. So instead of running with that cloud over my head, I now pursue biking. The best part of this is that the question, "what if this was the last year I could compete at this high of a level?" And I accepted that running has been a gift from God that I've enjoyed for most of my life. I was at peace with that, with no premonition that in just a few months walking would be painful.
