Rod Squad Relay
Join us for the 3rd Annual Rod Squad Relay in memory of Rod Dalton September 27, 2014. The 18 mile relay race around Otisco Lake starts at 8:30 and the 3 mile run/walk starts at 10:00. All proceeds benefit the Histiocytosis Association. Race start and after party, Otisco Lake Community Center.

Appointment of Dr. Loffredo
It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Dr. Vincent J. Loffredo as the Associate Vice President for University Student Services, effective August 1, 2008. In this role he will report to the Vice President for Education, Dr. Pamela Watson, and be responsible for overseeing the operations of the institutional Student Services programs and activities including the Offices of the Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Life, Counseling and Student Health Services. He will also be responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and process improvement strategies in these areas.
Dr. Loffredo's career began in the field of exercise science. He was a fitness consultant for the Dallas Cowboys-NFL, and a Personal Trainer for various fitness facilities in Dallas. He later became the Director of Exercise Physiology for DRCA Medical Corporation in Houston and spent several years as a training specialist for the City of Houston's Police Academy. During this time, he was also awarded a Doctoral Teaching Fellowship at the University of Houston, and worked as an adjunct faculty member for North Harris Community College in Physical Education. Dr. Loffredo became a founding faculty member and the Director of Wellness for Montgomery College in The Woodlands Texas. While there, he served on the Board of Directors for the Conroe YMCA. Dr. Loffredo joined the faculty at Texas A&M University–Galveston Kinesiology Department as a Senior Academic Advisor for three years. Prior to com
