Tracy was a neighbor of mine .He was a bit younger, but always a nice kid growing up. One good thing I can say is that before he passed on, Tracy gave his life to Jesus Christ, and took up a new life in Heaven, on the day he left us. I look forward to one day seeing his sweet smile in Heaven
