Beloved wife and mother Canandaigua-Lauri (Fannon) Erdle, age 48, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the Hospeace House in Naples, after a courageous two year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). She is survived by her husband, James R. Erdle Jr.; three children, Andrew, Ann and Kathrine Erdle; parents, Ronald and Carol Fannon; two brothers, Brian and Shawn Fannon; sister, Michelle (Greg) Weiss; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James R. Sr. and Anne Erdle; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Lauri attended Victor schools. She was a graduate of Norwood-Norfolk High School, Norwood, NY, class of 1982. Lauri earned a certificate in food service management from Cornell University. She was formerly employed at Canandaigua National Bank and also as the lunch coordinator at St. Mary's School. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 95 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Canandaigua. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association Upstate New York Chapter, 890 Seventh North St., Suite 108, Liverpool, NY 13088.
