Steven was born on September 14, 1955 in Potsdam to the late Reginald and Alice Lewin Osgood. He attended Norwood Norfolk Central School. Steven was a veteran of the United States Army. Steven is survived his brothers Douglas and Michael, sisters Lola and Regina. He is predeceased by his sister Eugenia. Arrangements for cremation are with the Garner Funeral Service.
