ROBIN MARY MacARTHUR
February 5, 1942 ~ January 16, 2018 Devoted mother, activist, friend and quiet rebel. Raised in Silver Spring, MD; graduated Northwood High School, 1961. Married 1964-1974, worked as a single mom raising three girls. Loved quilting, politics, genealogy, Shelties, and the ocean. An ecstatic grandmother, a role she cherished, Robin departed after a brief illness, allowing loved ones time to say thank you for her generous spirit.Survived by brother, John H. MacArthur; daughters, Dawn Robyn Petrlik, Joy Noel Johnson and Karen Marie Petrlik Cox; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
