Gail Taylor of Lynchburg, VA, passed away December 20, 2018, at the age of 76. Gail enjoyed a 30-year career with the federal government, most notably serving as a procurement specialist for the U.S. Marine Corps. Gail is survived by her daughter Valerie, her sister Georgia and Bill Adams, her life partner and the father of Valerie.
