Jason E. Ashworth
Class of 1997
Army, 5 Years
Jason is serving with the 70th Engineer Battalion from Fort Riley, Kansas. Jason served 15 months in Iraq during 2003-2004, and then returned from his second tour of duty to Iraq on Jan. 23, 2006. His Unit has now been in Afghanistan since March 2007 and will be there until June of 2008. This will push his get-out date to September of 2008. He was unable to be discharged in January of 2007 due to a Stop-Loss.
