About	Our Cougar Brother, James Burnett Brooks, age 61 years old, has taken his final leap. He departed this life on September 14, 2016. He was Class of 1972. James is the brother of Linda Brooks, David Brooks, and Reggie Brooks. His siblings were all Northside alumni. From Junior High through High School he had a number of interests and participated in many. Jaycees; Baseball; Basketball; Track; Football; Sabre Club; Booster Club; Drama Club; Speech Club; ROTC. Our Cougar Brother will be greatly missed and always have a place of remembrance in our hearts. Visitation will be held on September 22, 2016 from 4pm until 7pm at M.J. Edwards Chapel (Stage Road Location.) A graveside service will be held at the West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11:30am.
