I spent two (2) years In Nea Makri, Greece; eleven (11) years in Yokosuka, Japan, where my husband and I raised our daughter. I served onboard the USS Mount Baker, USS Santa Barbara, USS Hunley, USS Curtis Wilbur, USS Blue Ridge and USS Kitty Hawk. I've been all over the world and can definitively say that travel has been good for my soul and for broadening my perspective on life and living.
