About Me	I graduated from Westerville South in 1991 and went to Wright State University for my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. There, I met my husband Joe and we moved to California during a teacher shortage in 1996. We came back to Ohio to be with family in 1997 and lived in the Dayton area. I taught for Miamisburg City Schools for 10 years. In 2009, we moved to The Outer Banks of North Carolina for my husband's work with The National Parks Service. We are now both teachers here at the middle school level. I currently teach 6-8 Science and he teaches the same student group Math. We have 3 daughters, 1 of them is married and gave us our first grandson. The middle daughter is engaged to be married August 1st. Our youngest is a senior this year during COVID-19.
