Mark Allen Higham, 20, of Eliot Avenue, died Tuesday at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Born in Providence, a son of Woodson and Joyce (LaFazia) Higham of North Providence, he was a lifelong resident, and a 1998 graduate of NPHS. Besides his parents, he leaves a sister, Crystal Ann Higham of Central Falls; a brother, frank David Penardo Jr. of Lincoln; and his grandparents, Jane LaFazia of West Warwick and Thelma Gabriel of Pawtucket.
