| About Me | ♥ The best thing about a deployment is the anticipation of waiting for his homecoming, seeing his face when he first steps off that bus, and getting the butterflies when feeling his touch for the first time in months! ♥ ╔═══╗ ║███║ ♪ ♪ ║ (●) ♥ ♥ ♥ ╚═══╝ ♥ I AM TRULY BLESSED ♥ Hi! My name is Kristie! I was born in Harris, New York. I lived there for 7 years then moved to Ocala, Florida. I was raised there for 14 years. I then got married to a wonderful Marine whom moved me up to Beaufort, South Carolina. ♥ I met my husband on Match.com in December of 2006. When we went on our first date, I realized that we both lived in the same town, went to the same high school, knew the same people, had the same teachers. He graduated a year before me then joined the Marine Corps and we never crossed paths. It was fate! It was our destiny to be together. ♥ I am married to one of 'The Few and The Proud', An Awesome Marine. We have been married since March 29, 2008. We have been together since December 23, 2006. I will admit, it is hard to be with a man in the Service. While being married to a Marine, he is gone a lot. Therefore, I've learned to be much more independent than ever. Being a Military Spouse, I can now stand up for myself. I'm not afraid to tell you the truth. I don't sugarcoat things. ♥ I have been a Vegetarian since 2001. I became a Vegetarian to become closer to my Niece. She has a Metabolic Protein Deficiency that very few people have. If she has the slightest bit of protein over what she is allowed to have, she can get seriously sick and possibly face death. I have tried going Vegan many times, but I have a lot of weaknesses. I love Vegan and Vegetarian cookbooks. It also never hurts to go to http://www.food.com/ either! I am a huge health nut! I absolutely dislike junk food in the house, but believe that everything is okay in moderation. ♥ I am a Recovering Anorexic and Bulimic. I developed Anorexia at 3 years of age and Bulimia at 17 years of age. I went Inpatient at River Oaks Eating Disorder Clinic in 2012. That was the most scariest and happiest time of my entire life. I still have lapses every day. My Eating Disorders will always be in my head, but it's the Coping Skills that fight them off. Since being out of the Treatment Center, I decided that I had to do something that would prevent a Relapse. I ended up getting into the Fitness Industry. I am currently a Student and on my way to becoming an ACE Personal Trainer. I am also training for the Bikini Athlete Stage! Not too long ago, I found out my true passion. I realized that I LOVE to talk about my Eating Disorder. Since my loved ones don't understand it, I came up with a bright idea! Why not be an Inspirational Speaker?! I can share my story and do something I love! This is my main goal in life. ♥ Don't judge me until you really get to know me. If you are my friend, talk to me. If you don't, you are no longer a friend to me, but an aquaintance. I can be a b*tch, and I can be the nicest person ever. I can be your best friend, but I can also be your worst enemy. It all depends on how you treat me. I strongly believe in Karma. What goes around comes around. ♥ I love you all! I am happy to give anyone advice and/or support on ANY topic.
