About	Gary Starnes was my adopted cousin, my dad's brother, Norwood Starnes & his wife, Alta Mae, adopted Gary as an infant. After my uncle Norwood died, Gary took his own life at Starnes' Landing in Bluff City, Ar. with a shotgun at a fishing camp run by my uncle. His mother, Alta Mae, lived many years, dying, I believe, about 1994. Stephanie Starnes, daughter of Tommy Starnes who was a younger brother of Norwood Starnes & an uncle to Gary Starnes, class of 1970.
