John Thomas
Class of 1968
John Thomas is a screenwriter based in California. With his brother Jim Thomas, attended North High School and graduated in 1968. He lived north of the river with his family and was a typical teen with troubles and loves like all boys in the 60s. His best friend was Scott Hickman with whom he attended the 2008 "Class of 1968 Reunion."
John's screenwriting career began in 1987.
John and Jim wrote or were substantially involved in the screenplays of the following films: Predator (1987), Predator 2 (1990), Executive Decision (1996), Wild Wild West (1999), Mission to Mars (2000), Behind Enemy Lines (2001), Tales from the Crypt (TV show-1 episode 1991, Hardtime on Planet Earth (TV show -iepisode-1998) and served as the producer on four films. .
His brother Jim used to be a math teacher at Metuchen High School.
John spends his time at his home in the foothills of Los Angleles County where he can focus on writing.
