It was stolen from me when I was in Baltimore and may have been pawned anytime between 1998 and the present.

The ring has a pink stone. It is an 1987 ring that says "The Best of Times" Initials TLB or TLS or TLE the last letter is hard to read. It says North above the stone and County below the stone with an H S on either side of the stone.
