Married to Karen Neer Jones of Nutley for 51 years. Resided in Cranford, NJ most of his life. He retired from Boiling Springs Bank in Rutherford after 26 years, ending his lifelong career in banking. He leaves his wife, Karen, his son, Robert Jr. and a granddaughter and grandson. He was a much loved man by his colleagues and family. He is greatly missed.
