Graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Animal Science, after which he was the 8th generation to manage a Mitchell Farm in Southbury, CT. Upon his retirement, Kim embarked on more than twenty international trips touring farms around the world including China, Europe, Africa, Ukraine and Australia. Kim spent winters in Florida. He leaves 2 sons and 6 grandchldren.
