Newport - Batesville series ends with Newport ahead 48-41-4

The Newport - Batesville series has ended according to an article in the Newport Independent

Newport is ahead 48-41-4. The Greyhounds beat the Pioneers for many consecutive years in the later years of the last millenium but since 2001 has beaten the Pioneers only once as I recall. This is the proper decision for the Greyhounds in my opinion.
