| About Me | Graduated in 1971 from NFA. Enlisted in Air Force, Basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas. Then went to School at Keesler AFB, Mississippi for radio operations. Sent to McClellaan AFB,CA. Had orders to go to Tan Son Nhut, Vietnam however my orders were canceled (We were pulling out at that time.) Then I went to Korea for a year, where I found and married my wife. We were sent to Griffith AFB, NY for two years. Then to Anderson AFB, Guam for three years. While Their I was sent tp Australia for a week. It was fantastic. After Guam we were sent to McGuire AFB, NJ for two years. Then I was sent back to Korea for one year. Then back to McGuire for two years then sent to Lajes in the Azores for eighteen months, and finally back to McGuire where I retired. When I got out of the Military I still had to work, so I found work as an Amored Car Guard, This lasted for two years. Then I found a better job, working for the army at Fort Dix on the firing ranges. While at Griffith we had a daughter "MARIA" also while on Guam we had a son "Paul" unfortunate...(read more) |
