About	Rosemarie Taravella Newburgh, NY Rosemarie Taravella of Newburgh, NY, a longtime resident since 1955, died Thursday, February 14, 2008 at home. She was 58. The daughter of the late Cyril T. and Frances T. Hanley Tansey, she was born November 5, 1949 in Newark, NJ. She worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the U.S.M.A., in West Point. She is survived by her son, Timothy Taravella and wife, Allsion of West River, MD; two daughters, Jessica Petrees and husband, Don of Baltimore and Rebekah Taravella of Newburgh; four brothers: Cyril Tansey, Jr. and wife, Susan of Walden, Albert Tansey and wife, Sandy of New Hampshire, George Earl and wife, Joanne of Key Biscayne, Robert Earl and wife, Georgette of Wallkill; three sisters: Maureen Dwyer and husband, Richard of Newburgh, Patricia Cobey and husband, James of Ft. Myers, Barbara Crana and husband, Richard of Montgomery; two grandchildren: Zachary and Maximilian; her special nieces and nephews: Sarah, Christine, Michael Crana; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, James A. Taravella on December 13, 2006; her parents, Cyril R. and Frances Tansey; and her stepmother, Ann Tansey. Visitation will be on Monday, February 18, from 4-8 p.m. at the White and Venuto Funeral Home, 138 N. Plank Rd. (Rte 32) Town of Newburgh. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 19, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with the Pastor Vicki Annin officiating.
