Douglas V. Castner passed away at Kingston hospital on Dec 18, 2013. Survivors are his Daughter Elisabeth Schoonmaker from Sullivan County New York and a son Duane Spignardo from Newburgh, N.Y. Douglas has a Step Brother Todd A. Summers from Schenectady formerly of New Windsor New York as well as 3 Nieces. Douglas was formerly from New Windsor, New York. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society. If anyone has anything to add please do. I do not know If Douglas has any Grandchildren.
