About	1980-2008 Eric John Tutera, 28, a native and long-time resident of New Rochelle, N.Y., died in a tragic accident on June 8, 2008 in Hong Kong Harbor. Eric had recently moved to Hong Kong in his capacity as a vice president at JPMorgan Chase where he was involved in treasury and securities services. Eric was a loyal, generous and devoted son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend. He lived his shortened life to its fullest, playing and working hard with great passion. Known to those who loved him not only as Eric but as "ET", "Tut" and "Rock", he was a friend to all and touched many lives positively during his time in New Rochelle, Syracuse, New York City and Hong Kong. Eric's generosity and kindness with his family and friends extended to animals. His dog, Guinness, was his beloved companion in the U.S. and in Hong Kong. Eric was an active supporter of animal rescue groups. A member of the class of 1998 at New Rochelle High School, he competed on the Huguenots' varsity football team and the lacrosse team. A lover of the gridiron game, Eric was an avid fan of the New York football Giants. In 2002, he graduated with a BS in business administration from Syracuse University where he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Eric joined JPMorgan Chase in 2006 in Manhattan, where he resided for two years. Previously he had served for four years as a financial analyst with Nine West, Inc. in White Plains. Eric is survived by his parents, John and Marlene Tutera, both natives of Portchester and longtime residents of New Rochelle, his grandmother Marge Tutera of Holiday, Florida, his sisters Megan Tutera of Jackson, N.J., Kim Martelli of New Rochelle, and Rachel Tutera of New Rochelle, his brother-in-law Massimo Martelli and nephew Lorenzo Martelli, also of New Rochelle, N.Y.
