About Me	"You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you." - James Allen Grew up on a farm outside Nevada, Iowa. I was a 9 year 4-H member and yes, proud to say I showed pigs with my brother Jamie! Involved in choir, band, softball, basketball, track and cross country in high school. 2 year Iowa High School All State Choir participant which led me to Luther College from 1984-1988. Met the best friends of my life at Luther. Moved to Boston, Mass after college, then Iowa City, IA and then somehow turned up in Perry, Iowa washing dishes, bartending and making "home-made" food just like my mom. Finally, got a real job at the West Des Moines Marriott and climbed my way up to the Accounting Manager at that hotel. Married Michael Gerard Watson on Oct 27, 2007 (the happiest day of my life) and moved west to Omaha, Nebraska. Found an awesome job working out of my home for Carlson Hotels and help hotels find ways to make more money! I love helping hotels be more successful and love the challenge of something new each day. I have 2 orange cats (twin brothers) who I adore. Love to bicycle, run, garden, cook and sing karoke on the weekends. That kinda sums it up.
